Please find below guidelines and instructions to submit your abstract :

INSTRUCTION FOR AUTHORS
Abstracts may be submitted on any scientific thematic areas listed before
All abstracts must be submitted in English
Acceptance of abstracts will be based on their scientific and technical qualities and clarity of presentation
Authors are requested to indicate a prefrence for a type of presentation (poster or oral) . However, due to time limitation, it may not be possible to accept all qualified abstracts for oral presentation.
The submission of an abstract does not constitute registration for the congress. Registration require completion of the Registration form and arrangements for the payment of fees.
Individual submitting this proposal agrees that all work presented at the IMIRT Congress must conform to discipline-appropriate national or professional ethical standards. Confirmation of adherence to this requirement is part of the proposal submission process.
Behalf myself and my co-presenters, who agree for this presentation, should this submission be accepted.
The participation in this program does not exempt co-presenters from paying registration for attending conference.

ONLY electronically submitted abstracts will be accepted

PREPARATION OF THE ABSTRACT
When entering the abstract submission website, we recommanded that you first:

Prepare your abstract (type or paste the text of the paper in the template sent by the system) according to the submission rules. The document should only contain the text of the abstract ( do not include title, authors and affiliations).

Save your paper on your hard-drive. When your abstract file is ready, you can start the submission process.

Warning :
Your abstract must be in English.
Typing (Arial, Verdana or Time New Roman), font 12
One space ligne between paragraphs.
Text limited to 2.750 characters all included (words, space, title, abstract, institutions)
