Registration fee entitles delegates to :

• Access to the scientific sessions and to the exhibition
• Documents of the congress
• Coffee breaks

Registration terms

Advance registrations will be accepted by the Congress Secretariat until September 18, 2012.  After this date, registrations will be accepted on-site at the Congress Registration desk. Registration hours at the Congress Centre will be from 7:00 on Thursday, September 20, 2012 and from 7:30 to 18:00 daily thereafter.

1) by credit card (in Euros only). Please follow carefully the instructions on the registration form
2) by check (in Euros only) sent to the secretariat and payable to

Please, ensure that the name and address of the payer are clearly printed on the document along with the payment details. Bank charges will be at the sender’s own expense. 

CANCELLATION POLICY

General Conditions

• All cancellation notices must be made in writing (letter, fax or e-mail) to the Congress Secretariat. Refunds will be issued after the Congress only.

Non European residents must provide the Secretariat with their respective bank data (name of the bank  and of  the account holder, bank account number).

Requests for refunds made after November 30, 2012 will not be processed.

Specific conditions

Registration fees :

• Before August 15, 2012  : 50 Euros penalty
• After August 15, 2012    : No refund
